Sibongiseni Nyangiwe

Sibongiseni Nyangiwe currently serves as the M&E and Data Manager at Community Media Trust, a position held since August 2018. Previously, Sibongiseni worked as an Information Analyst and Researcher at the City of Cape Town from June 2015 to July 2018, where responsibilities included data acquisition and maintenance. Prior roles at the City of Cape Town included Information Assistant from March 2014 to February 2015, during which tasks encompassed updating presentations and fact sheets, handling data analysis, and supporting strategic projects. Earlier experience includes an internship in Pollution Management at the Department of Environmental Affairs from May 2013 to February 2014, focusing on reviewing Environmental Impact Assessments and addressing pollution-related inquiries. Sibongiseni holds a BSc Honours in Environmental and Water Science and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Water Science, both from the University of the Western Cape, alongside an National Senior Certificate from Aloe Senior Secondary School.
