Chris Sierra has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Chris most recently worked as the VP of HR Partnerships at Community Medical Services. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Talent at Universal Technical Institute, Inc. and as the HR Director at NTS - National Technical Systems. Chris also has a substantial background in leadership roles at PSCU and AOL, where they specialized in talent acquisition, HR strategy, employee engagement, and recruitment.
Chris Sierra obtained a BBA in Human Resources Management from the UNM Anderson School of Management. In addition, Chris has earned several certifications throughout their career. These include the SHRM SENIOR CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2021, the Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from World at Work in 2013, the Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) from World at Work in 2012, the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from World at Work in 2010, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) in 2002.
Community Medical Services
Community Medical Services (CMS) is a CARF-accredited addiction treatment program providing services in the form of outpatient medication-assisted treatment and one-on-one and group counseling to those seeking help with their opioid use disorder. Headquartered in Arizona with more than 60 treatment clinics in nine states, CMS is dedicated to meeting the challenges presented by the growing opioid epidemic in communities where treatment is lacking.
