Cindy Gaither has held several roles in the field of revenue cycle management. Cindy began their career as the Director of Revenue Cycle at Community Medical Services in September 2017. In May 2022, they were promoted to the position of VP of Revenue Cycle Management at the same company. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Data Management & Claims at Cenpatico - a Centene Specialty Company, starting in October 2013 and ending in September 2017.
Cindy Gaither has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin. Cindy also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the same university. Additionally, Cindy has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Global Dimensions from New York University.

Community Medical Services (CMS) is a CARF-accredited addiction treatment program providing services in the form of outpatient medication-assisted treatment and one-on-one and group counseling to those seeking help with their opioid use disorder. Headquartered in Arizona with more than 60 treatment clinics in nine states, CMS is dedicated to meeting the challenges presented by the growing opioid epidemic in communities where treatment is lacking.
