Erica Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erica is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Community Medical Services since August 2023. Erica's previous roles include being a Sr. Operations Manager and Operations Manager at Support.com from October 2020 to June 2021 and from August 2014 to October 2020, respectively. Before that, they were a Vendor Account Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation from April 2013 to August 2014 and a Training Team Manager from February 2010 to April 2013. Erica started their professional career as the Director of Operations at OM Villas from October 2007 to January 2010.

Community Medical Services (CMS) is a CARF-accredited addiction treatment program providing services in the form of outpatient medication-assisted treatment and one-on-one and group counseling to those seeking help with their opioid use disorder. Headquartered in Arizona with more than 60 treatment clinics in nine states, CMS is dedicated to meeting the challenges presented by the growing opioid epidemic in communities where treatment is lacking.
