Kameshia Rogers

Kameshia Rogers, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Kameshia began their career as a Customer Service Representative II at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan from 1999 to 2008. Kameshia then joined Premier Services of Michigan, LLC in 2009, starting as a Clerical/Billing staff and later becoming a Clinic Coordinator/Program Director, where they managed the daily operations of substance abuse treatment facilities until 2015.

In 2015, Rogers moved to Premier Care, Inc. as an Executive Director, overseeing three locations and facilitating strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Regional Executive Director, responsible for the overall operations of organization sites in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Ohio. Kameshia then took on the role of Chief Operations Officer from 2017 to 2018 and managed the day-to-day operations of the company.

Kameshia Rogers currently holds the position of Regional Operations Director - Midwest at Community Medical Services, a role they began in 2018. As Regional Director of Operations starting in 2023, they continue to contribute their expertise in overseeing the regional operations of the company.

Kameshia Rogers, MBA, attended the University of Phoenix from 2020 to 2022, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix. Kameshia also holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Macomb Community College. In 1991 and 1992, they studied at Lawrence Technological University, but the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
