Lesley Wimmer

Lesley Wimmer has a diverse work experience. From 2018 to the present, Lesley served as the Director of Government and Strategic Affairs at Community Medical Services. Prior to that, Lesley held roles as the Director of Risk Management and Clinic Manager at the same company in 2017. From 2016 to 2017, Lesley worked at the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) as the Manager of System of Care and Grants and as an Implementation Manager. Lesley was also a PRN Therapist at Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital from 2014 to 2016 and at Aurora Behavioral Health System from 2013 to 2016. Lesley worked as an Implementation Manager at the Arizona Department of Health Services from 2014 to 2016. Furthermore, Lesley worked as a Therapist at Encourage Empowerment from 2014 to 2015 and as a Family Therapist at La Frontera Arizona - Empact SPC from 2008 to 2013. Lastly, Lesley served as a Program Coordinator at the Applied Learning Technologies Institute at Arizona State University from 2001 to 2008.

Lesley Wimmer began their education in 2000 at Arizona State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in both Psychology and Sociology in 2004. Following this, they pursued further education at Arizona State University and obtained a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2008. In August 2009, Lesley Wimmer obtained a certification as a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
