Kristine Supple has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kristine started their career as a Physician Assistant at Yale New Haven Hospital - Saint Raphael Campus in 1994, where they worked until 1999. During their time there, they also took on the role of Healthcare Consultant, focusing on developing an Orthopedic Joint Replacement Center of Excellence and participating in quality improvement projects.
In 1999, Kristine joined Community Memorial Health System as a Physician Assistant. Kristine has since taken on the role of Director of Population Health, starting in July 2019.
In 2012, Kristine started their own company, Kristine Supple PA-C,MPH, where they work as a Clinical Transformation Consultant. Their work in this role involves designing and implementing workflows and solutions for value-based reimbursement for healthcare organizations and medical offices. Kristine has been involved in various projects, including coordinating and implementing the NCQA Level 3 recognition process for Centers for Family Health's eleven clinic Patient Centered Medical Home, creating a Care Management Program, and launching multiple value-based Medicare programs.
Kristine Supple PA-C,MPH completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physician Assistant from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Kristine pursued further education and obtained a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree with a field of study in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Yale University. Additionally, they attended the University of Oxford for a brief period in 1990, focusing on Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities.
