Sue Swaim BSN, MSHA CNOR has extensive experience in perioperative and surgical services management. Currently serving as OR Manager at Community Memorial Health System since July 2016 and OR Manager at Northridge Hospital Medical Center since May 2013, Sue oversees daily operations and staff scheduling at a 240-bed Level 2 Trauma Center. Previously, Sue held roles as OR Operations Manager at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, managing 19 operating rooms in a licensed 300-bed Level One Trauma hospital, and as Director of Surgical Services at St. John's Regional Medical Center and Jenny Edumundson Hospital, where responsibilities included oversight of operating rooms, procedural units, and staffing in community hospitals. Sue holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Creighton University and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Marycrest College.
