Rachel Boots PhD, LMSW is an experienced mental health professional with a diverse background in behavioral health and education. Currently serving as a Behavioral Consultant at Telebehavioral Health.US since April 2020, Rachel previously held the position of Senior Mental Health Therapist and Clinton County Jail Liaison at the Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton and Ingham Counties since September 2012. Additionally, Rachel taught HUSE 242-The Family: Addiction and Violence as an Instructor at Lansing Community College in early 2017. Other professional roles include Mental Health Therapist at St. Johns Counseling and Therapy Services, Substance Abuse Therapist at Victory Clinical Services, Office Assistant at the U.S. Department of Labor, and Communications Assistant in the State of Michigan Department of Civil Rights.
