Rachelle Hawley is an experienced mental health professional with a strong background in providing therapy and support to children and families. Currently serving as an Implementation Specialist at the Children’s Trauma Initiative since November 2021, Rachelle previously held the role of Mental Health Therapist at Community Mental Health of Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton County from June 2010, where responsibilities included ongoing assessments, crisis management, and collaborative advocacy for families impacted by trauma. Additionally, Rachelle has experience providing therapy to parents of children receiving services, alongside previous roles at Therapy Today and Highfields, Inc., focusing on individual and family therapy as well as facilitating community collaborations. Rachelle holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Western Michigan University.
