Shana Badgley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shana began their career in 1992 at Western Michigan University, where they held roles as a Purchasing Secretary and an Accounting Secretary for Athletics. In 1997, they joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of America as a Waiting List/Resource Coordinator. In 1998, Shana transitioned to the Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties as a Mental Health Therapist. Shana later took on the role of Coordinator for Case Management Services and Coordinator for the Mason Rural Outreach Program. In 2014, they became an Independent Contractor for the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services, specializing in DBT Fidelity Site Review. Shana also worked as a Mental Health Therapist at the DBT Institute of Michigan since 2015.
Shana Badgley earned their High School Diploma from Western High School in 1992. Shana then went on to pursue their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Western Michigan University from 1992 to 1996. Following that, they completed their Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University from 1996 to 1999.
