Fritton's foundational experience in legal matters began as a Contract Associate at the University of Kansas Medical Center Research Institute and as an Associate Attorney at Cohen McNeile Pappas & Shuttleworth, managing creditor's rights litigation. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from the University of Kansas and a Paralegal Certificate from Johnson County Community College, complemented by a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas.
