Mark Costello

Mark Costello serves as the Assistant Controller at Community Options, Inc. since March 2023, overseeing accounting functions across multiple states including Arizona, Maryland, Texas, Iowa, and New Mexico, with responsibilities in cost reporting, variance reporting, financial reporting, and process improvement. Prior to this role, Mark was the Accounting Controller at Leslie's, managing accounting operations such as inventory and budgeting. Mark also held the position of Director of Finance and Operations at Therapy Source, Inc., leading financial functions for a $26M staffing corporation. Earlier experience includes notable roles at Alliance Hospice, Independence Blue Cross, ACE, Ltd., and ING, where Mark demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, administration, and integration of accounting operations. Mark holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Philadelphia University.
