Preston Roach

Preston Roach, MPA, currently serves as the Assistant Executive Director for Quality Assurance and Risk Management at Community Options, Inc., starting in January 2023. With extensive experience as a public speaker since June 2012, Preston has coordinated conferences addressing social issues and facilitated programs focused on racism and social justice. Previous roles include Special Events and Corporate Relations Officer at Eliada Homes, Coordinator of Student Success and Mentoring Programs at the University of North Carolina at Asheville, Account Manager at Collabera Inc. and PRIUM, and Executive Director at Urban Mentoring Academy, where Preston developed youth curricula and managed organizational finances. Early career experiences include a Human Resources internship with the City of Asheville, where Preston led educational initiatives. Preston holds a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy Analysis from Clark Atlanta University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Western Carolina University.
