Rebecca Bennett

Rebecca Bennett, Ed.D., currently serves as the Executive Director at Community Options, Inc., a position held since September 2024, after previously holding multiple roles including Chief Program Officer and other leadership positions at Delta Community Supports from June 2022 to September 2024. Rebecca's extensive experience in the field of education and special needs spans several years, including a notable tenure as an Autistic Support Teacher at Bucks County Intermediate Unit from 2009 to 2017, where significant contributions to program development and student support were made. Prior roles include serving as a risk management specialist and adjunct professor, along with leadership positions at Community Options, Inc. and Epic Health Services. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and a Master’s in Special Education from Arcadia University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from West Chester University.
