The Board Governance team at Community Partners in Action is responsible for providing strategic oversight and leadership to ensure the organization operates effectively and sustainably. This team formulates policies, monitors organizational performance, and engages in advocacy efforts to uphold CPA’s mission of criminal justice reform and supporting marginalized individuals. By fostering collaboration among board members, the team ensures that the organization remains accountable, transparent, and aligned with its core values and goals.
