Beatriz Rincon has extensive experience in financial management and operations. Beatriz has held roles such as CFO, Director of Finance, and Executive Director in various organizations. Beatriz has been responsible for developing financial systems, ensuring internal controls and audit readiness, and monitoring project budgets. Beatriz has also been involved in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow planning, and management reporting. Additionally, they have experience in human resources administration and coordination with other functions within the organizations they have worked for.
Beatriz Rincon earned a Certificate in Accounting from U C Berkeley Extension from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's in Integral Health Administration from the California Institute of Integral Studies from 1997 to 2000, specializing in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Venezuela Central University, where they studied from 1971 to 1976.

Founded by U.S. doctors in 1998, we have grown to serve more than 500,000 people each year in Myanmar (Burma) and Bangladesh. We focus on communities affected by conflict, violence, and displacement, in remote and hard-to-reach contexts, and marginalized through poverty and exclusion.
