Paul Vandeventer's work experience includes holding various leadership positions in different organizations. Paul co-founded and served as the former President & CEO of Community Partners, a community organization promoting social entrepreneurship and providing fiscal sponsorship and incubation support. Paul was responsible for operations, strategic planning, budgeting, management, staff recruitment, communications, and resource development. Paul also served as the President & CEO of Community Partners, overseeing operations, planning, budgeting, staff recruitment, and resource development. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Wilson Consulting Group, where they provided strategic and management counsel to nonprofit and for-profit leadership groups. Paul also worked at the California Community Foundation as an Executive Vice President, Vice President, and Program Officer, where they managed a portfolio of donor funds and helped build foundation assets. Additionally, they served as Public Affairs Fellowship Training Staff at Coro Southern California.

Paul Vandeventer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from California State University, Los Angeles from 1980 to 1983.
