Community Partnership of the Ozarks
Jessi Brown, MSW, is currently serving as the Nourish the Ozarks Community Liaison at Community Partnership of the Ozarks, focusing on the implementation of the USDA grant for Local Food Purchase Assistance across a seventeen-county area in Southwest Missouri. Previous experience includes roles as a Community Development Practicum Student at 7 Brew Coffee, where Jessi engaged customers and prepared beverages, and as a Peer Group Leader at Missouri State University, supporting fellow Social Work students. Additional experience involves substitute teaching at Penmac Education Staffing, providing caregiving services for a private family, and serving as a Guest Service Representative at University Plaza Hotel in Springfield. Jessi holds a Master of Social Work focused on Trauma-Responsive Practice from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Missouri State University, complemented by an Associate's degree in Social Work from Ozarks Technical Community College.
