Director Of Financial Stability Programs at Community Partnership of the Ozarks

Kelly Paparella has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kelly started their professional journey as a Supported Employment Specialist at Burrell Behavioral Health in 2009 and held this role until 2017. Following this, they joined the Diaper Bank of the Ozarks in 2017 and took on various positions including Rural County Director, Development Director, and Program Director. During their time there, Kelly managed various programs and services, advocated for families in need, and coordinated a network of agencies. In 2021, they became the Assistant Executive Director before leaving the organization in December of that year. In 2022, they moved on to work at Discovery Center of Springfield as a Lead. Currently, Kelly holds the position of Director of Financial Stability Programs at Community Partnership of the Ozarks, starting in November 2022.

Kelly Paparella received their Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from Baker College of Flint, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014.
