Michael Ferrell

Michael Ferrell is the current Treasurer at The Community Partnership. Prior to this, they were the Director of Business Operations at Fishawack Health from October 2021 to January 2022. Before that, they were the Finance Director at 2e Creative from July 2012 to November 2021.

At Fishawack Health, they were responsible for overseeing the financial and operational management of multiple brands. Michael also collaborated with internal partners in project management, finance, client service and creative on creating team efficiencies. Michael worked directly with client counterparts on managing financial expectations.

At 2e Creative, they handled AP and AR processes of the brand communications agency. Michael was also responsible for creation, implementation, and oversight of the agency’s annual budgets. Michael interfaced with all of 2e’s Account Managers, Executives and Coordinators to facilitate client invoices. Michael developed monthly reports to track the agency’s profitability, efficiency, and overall performance. Michael maintained client forecasts to track all projects, revenues, and income over the upcoming 12-month period. Michael implemented a new process to gauge employee productivity, and in turn their necessary vacation/compensation. Michael worked with Account Managers to produce quarterly financial reviews for several clients. Michael also helped organize, schedule, and budget company engagement and professional development events.

Michael Ferrell has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia, with a finance and banking emphasis in real estate. Michael also attended Griffith College Dublin and St. Louis University High School.
