Community Properties of Ohio Management Services (CPO Management) is the property management affiliate of Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH), managing over 2,600 units of affordable housing in Columbus and throughout Ohio. CPO is dedicated to meeting the needs of residents and the community, promoting neighborhood safety, housing stability, and fostering resident growth through effective management and comprehensive resident services. CPO's mission is to: 1) provide quality affordable housing, 2) link residents with services which stabilize their housing, and 3) move residents beyond poverty where possible.
