Ilana Bernstein

Ilana Bernstein has extensive experience in development and marketing within nonprofit organizations, currently serving as the Director of Development and Marketing at Community Renewal Team, Inc. since June 2017. In this role, Ilana develops strategic plans for philanthropy, oversees fundraising and marketing operations, and manages a comprehensive resource development strategy that includes donor relations and corporate sponsorships. Prior to this position, Ilana held leadership roles at Chai Mitzvah, Hebrew High School of New England, Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford, and Jewish National Fund, demonstrating a consistent ability to enhance organizational effectiveness, increase donor engagement, and drive successful marketing initiatives. Ilana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from Simmons University.
