James Lynch CAC, CADC, CHW, CPRS has extensive experience in the field of substance use counseling and clinical services. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations at Community Renewal Team, Inc. since January 2022, James oversees program functions related to clinical and support services, ensuring effective management and policy implementation. Prior roles include Substance Use Counselor at Community Renewal Team, Inc. and Harmony Recovery Group, where James provided counseling and facilitated group therapy.
