Carla was born and raised in the Napa Valley. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in May 2020. Carla is passionate about serving her community members and helping them connect to resources. In her spare time, Carla enjoys going on hikes, running, and spending quality time with her family.
