Rachel Hauck has extensive work experience in various roles. Rachel started their career at Stamats in 2007 as a Proposal Coordinator, where they collaborated with the Proposal Writer and Department Heads to create comprehensive proposals for educational institutions. In 2008, they joined Community Savings Bank as a Credit Analyst and later took on the role of Commercial Loan Officer/Branch Manager. Recently, they became the Vice President/Lending at the same company. In 2011, they worked as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Marion Independent School District.

Community Savings Bank was founded in 1910 in Littleport, IA. The charter was moved in the Great Depression to Edgewood after the State Bank of Edgewood failed. There are now 10 branches and over 500 million in assets.
