Marianna Xiong

Marianna Xiong is an experienced professional actively engaged in community and cultural initiatives. Currently serving as a Hmong Dance Coach at the Community School of Excellence, Marianna instructs a group of 15 dancers and develops multiple performance pieces annually. Marianna’s roles also include being a General Council Member for Ramsey County and a Match Engagement Coordinator for Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities. Previous positions encompass canvassing for the Asian American Organizing Project and serving as Program Associate at BestPrep. As a Board Member for the American Friends Service Committee, Marianna contributed to youth education on social justice issues. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Administration from the University of Minnesota and an Associate of Arts in Communication from Saint Paul College.
