Mandy Lau

Mandy Lau has over 20 years of HR experience focusing on rewards in both consulting and high-tech industries. She currently leads the Global benefit function at Adobe, a creative software company based in San Jose CA. Prior to this, she lived in Asia for over ten years managing rewards for Adobe. Besides investing in her professional HR career, she believes in giving back to the local community. She currently serves as board member in a local swimming club where her two daughters are competitive swimmers, and also acts as advisor to a national Youth Public Policy Institute. Mandy enjoys swimming, cooking and leading worship at her church. Mandy holds a BA of Actuarial Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and MBA at University of Manchester, UK. She lives in Mountain View with her husband and two daughters,of whom one of them was a music student at CSMA.
