Amber Trout

Amber Trout is a Senior Associate and Managing Associate at Community Science, where project management of evaluation projects in equity, inclusion, and diversity is emphasized. Previously, Amber served as Director of Race, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at NeighborWorks America and held multiple roles at that organization, including Senior Manager of Special Projects and Fellow in the Offices of the CEO and COO. Experience also includes positions at the Association of American Colleges and Universities, Emerging Leaders in Science and Society, North Seattle Family Center, and various teaching roles at Western Washington University and the University of Washington. Amber holds a PhD from the University of Washington College of Built Environments, an MPH in Environmental and Occupational Health from Drexel University, and a B.S. in Microbiology from California State University, Long Beach.
