Kerlin Morales, MBA, is a professional with extensive experience in data analysis and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Community Science since September 2022, Kerlin previously held the role of Analyst in the same company. Additional experience includes a consulting position at the Executive In Residence Program at St. John's University and serving as a Graduate Student Assistant in the Office of Multicultural Affairs at St. John's University. Earlier professional roles encompassed a Communication Associate at Sitti Social Enterprise Limited and a Research Assistant at both NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and the National Science Foundation. Kerlin holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from St. John's University, complemented by a High School Diploma from St. John's College High School.

We answer evaluation and research questions using state-of-the-art qualitative and quantitative methods.
