Yen Lim

Yen Lim is a seasoned professional in contract management with extensive experience in reviewing and negotiating agreements for funding from prominent organizations such as USAID, DFID, and EU. Currently serving as a Senior Contract Officer and Consultant for Amref Health Africa and Crown Agents USA, Yen Lim leads cost proposal submissions, negotiates Non-disclosure and Teaming agreements, and develops cost strategies. Previously held positions include Senior Contract Manager at Community Science and Lead Senior Contract Officer at Management Sciences for Health, where Yen Lim successfully led a significant supply chain project valued at over $260 million. Beginning a career as a Program Assistant at Management Systems International, Yen Lim possesses strong skills in risk identification and corporate compliance.
