Earnest L. Palmer

Earnest L. Palmer serves as the CEO of Dunamis Publishing since January 2005, overseeing the management of Full Gospel Baptist Publishing and supporting aspiring authors. In addition to this role, Palmer has been the Program Director for Community Service Programs of West Alabama, Inc. since October 2012, managing Head Start Programs across six counties in West Alabama and administering Pre-K initiatives in Bibb and Greene Counties. As the Special Projects and Compliance Officer for Community Service Programs of West Alabama since May 2010, Palmer focuses on Head Start monitoring. Furthermore, Palmer is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Cornerstone Full Gospel Baptist Church, a position held since October 1993. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education from The University of Alabama, a Master of Education from Livingston University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Stillman College.
