James Doucette

James (Jimmy) Doucette serves as a Sergeant in the US Army, with responsibilities as a squad leader and HVAC/R Maintenance Supervisor, as well as a marksmanship instructor. In addition to military service, James currently works as a Contract Analyst for Community Solutions, Inc., overseeing contracts generating up to $22.5 million annually while providing support for IT management and facility maintenance. Prior experience includes roles in payroll, sheet metal work, material handling, and HVAC/R technician positions. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Leisure Management from Eastern Connecticut State University and attended Maranatha Baptist University for Sport Management/Coaching.
