Nichelle McFarlin, CMCA has vast experience in property management starting in March 2000 as an Accounts Payable Clerk. Nichelle then transitioned to roles such as Assistant Property Manager at The Habitat Company and Sudler Property Management before their current position as Assistant Community Association Manager at Community Specialists. Nichelle is skilled in employee and resident relations, accounts payable, building inspections, and budget preparation. Nichelle attended Robert Morris University in Illinois.
