Will Thatcher

Will Thatcher has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Will is currently serving as the President and CEO of Community State Bank in Avilla, Indiana. Prior to this, they worked as the Region President at First Merchants Corporation and as the Chief Operating Officer at iAB Financial Bank. Will also held various senior positions at Wells Fargo and Fifth Third Bank, where they managed business banking and retail banking operations.
