John Edgar Mihelic

John Edgar Mihelic has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. John Edgar has worked at Community Support Services, Inc. (CSS) since 2011, starting as a Billing Intern and progressing to roles such as Billing Coordinator, Accounting & Billing Manager, Director of Finance, Director of Special Projects, and currently the Director of Data Analytics. In these positions, they were responsible for managing financial reporting, overseeing billing and accounts receivable, and leading projects related to the transition to new software.

In 2019, Mihelic also started working at Linda Sokol Francis Brookfield Library as a Trustee and later became the Board Treasurer. In these roles, they have been involved in financial oversight, budget preparation, and chairing the finance committee.

Outside of their professional roles, Mihelic has also worked self-employed as a writer, publishing articles in various publications and maintaining blogs. John Edgar has also been involved in the field of Health Information Technology through their time at Chicago Career Tech, where they trained at DeVry.
