Alicia Rafferty

Alicia Rafferty is an experienced educator with a robust background in mathematics, physical education, and coaching. Currently serving as a Mathematics Teacher at Community Unit School District 308 since January 2013, Alicia teaches Algebra 1 and Geometry AB, offering support to students in mathematics. In addition to teaching, Alicia is an assistant coach for the girls cross country and track teams at Oswego High School, specializing in pole vaulting and achieving notable coaching successes, including state qualifiers and conference champions. Alicia's diverse experience spans roles as a Driver Education Behind the Wheel Instructor, substitute teacher in mathematics and physical education, and physical education teacher at Township High School District 211. With a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from North Central College and various endorsements in mathematics and driver safety education, Alicia demonstrates a commitment to fostering student growth and athletic excellence.
