Ashley Richardson

Ashley Richardson is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and student support across various school settings. Currently serving as the College and Career Readiness Coordinator for Community Unit School District 308, Ashley previously held positions such as Site Director at Amplify, where responsibilities included managing data systems for tutoring programs and analyzing student achievement metrics. As the Assistant Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Distinctive Schools, Ashley coordinated staff development activities and supported instructional initiatives. With a background that includes roles as Dean of Students, Lead Facilitator, and English teacher, Ashley has demonstrated expertise in implementing effective educational programs and fostering positive learning environments. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Eastern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s degree in English/Language Arts from Western Illinois University.
