Rachel Cirone is an experienced educator with extensive expertise in early childhood education. Currently serving as a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher at Oswego Community Unit School District since January 2007, Rachel plans and implements differentiated instruction and develops individualized education plans (IEPs) for students. Prior to this role, Rachel was an Adjunct Instructor at Kishwaukee College, where instruction focused on Foundations of Early Childhood Education and Caregiving for Infants and Toddlers using active learning methods. Additionally, Rachel worked as a Preschool Program Specialist at Kindercare Learning Center, providing developmentally appropriate care and training for teachers. Academically, Rachel holds a Master of Science in Education from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from the same institution.
