Ian Burnstein

Ian Burnstein is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in self-storage management and consulting. Currently serving as a Partner at StoreLine since March 2024, Burnstein also co-founded and holds the position of Principal at SPM Advisors LLC, where strategic guidance is provided to businesses from formation to exit. As Co-Founder and President of the Storage Business Owners Alliance, Burnstein focuses on enhancing profitability for self-storage owners. Other roles include Board Member for Community Unity Bank, Principal at Koach Capital, and Chair of TIGER 21, which offers a network of executives and investors for wealth creators. Burnstein's past ventures include owning Storage Pros Management LLC, Kirkshire Site Selection Services, and XSite Validation LLC. Educationally, Burnstein holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
