Steve DeSalvo

Stephen DeSalvo has extensive experience in both nonprofit and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for Family Services of the Merrimack Valley since June 2010, Stephen holds leadership positions including Chair of the Investment Committee and involvement in various committees. As a Board Member of Community Work Services since 2010, participation in the Executive, Development, and Strategic Planning Committees is prominent. Additionally, Stephen serves as Treasurer for the Plum Island Foundation, focusing on beach restoration and preservation. Previous roles include Accredited Business Counselor at SCORE NE Massachusetts, and various executive positions at financial institutions, including SVP at State Street and Managing Director at Investors Bank & Trust. Stephen holds a BA from Hamilton College and is dedicated to mentorship and community service, exemplified by the role of 'Big Friend' in the Big Friend Little Friend program.
