Tanya Figelman

Ms. Figelman joined Community Work Services in 2018 as the Director of Programs and Services. Responsible for a team of workforce development professionals in the delivery of exemplary job training and support services, Tanya ensures that all individuals served to achieve their goals and that contractual obligations are met. She manages agency resources staffing, grants, and program budgets to achieve annual service and budget objectives.

Tanya brings an extensive background in fundraising, development, program, and organizational management. She previously served as Executive Director of the New York Foundation for Eldercare, Assistant Executive Director of the Hebrew Free Loan Society, and a Consultant to the United Nations Population Fund.

Tanya has a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Administration MPP from the University of Minnesota The Humphrey School of Public Affairs and completed her undergraduate at Tashkent University/Institute of Finance.
