Amy Ostrander Croll, LMSW, CPS, currently serves as the Community Engagement Coordinator at Homeward and is also a City Councilwoman for Urbandale, advocating for the community's well-being. With a robust background in youth development and public health, Croll has held various roles, including Supervisor at Community Youth Concepts, where efforts focus on reducing opioid use, and Capacity Coach as well as Substance Abuse Ethics Trainer with the Iowa Department of Public Health. As a Nonprofit Management Specialist with Croll Consulting, Croll supports nonprofits in strategic development and project management. Additional experience includes teaching social work at Grand View University, co-founding Community Youth Concepts, and working as a Program Planner III with the Iowa Division of Criminal and Juvenile Justice Planning. Croll holds a BA in Psychology from Luther College and an LMSW from the University of Iowa.
