Community Youth Services
Sophia Allen is a skilled case manager currently providing direct support to youth in care at Community Youth Services, where responsibilities include developing treatment plans, overseeing staff training, and implementing behavior management interventions. Prior experience includes serving as a bilingual residential youth specialist at Pioneer Human Services, advocating for unaccompanied immigrant minors and facilitating their reintegration into the community. Additional roles involve supporting survivors as a victim advocate at Rebuilding Hope! and managing patient billing at SOUNDVIEW HEALTH ASSOCIATES. Sophia Allen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound and has demonstrated leadership and fundraising abilities as a phonathon supervisor and caller at the university.
Community Youth Services
Community Youth Services (CYS) is a non-profit organization actively working in the communities in Thurston, Mason, Lewis and Pierce counties. Through an array of programs CYS offers a continuum of care to help youth, ages 12-24, find their way toward safety, stability and success. Our programs cover juvenile justice, early intervention, out-of-home care, employment and education, behavioral health and wellness, and shelter and housing.
