Steve Sullivan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CommunityAid, overseeing a non-profit thrifting retailer dedicated to improving employee welfare, providing affordable goods, and enhancing the impact of non-profit partners. Prior to this role, Sullivan held positions such as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at The Warrell Corporation, where a new Go-To-Market approach for innovative snack products was developed. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Fenner Precision, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lancaster County, and The Hershey Company, where strategic operations and alliance management were key focuses. Sullivan began a consulting career at PwC and Manugistics, specializing in supply chain optimization for major consumer packaged goods companies. An alumnus of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with a BSBA in Management Science, Sullivan possesses extensive expertise in operations management and strategic development across various sectors.

We are a faith-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that employs more than 400 people across our six Central PA thrift stores. We partner with hundreds of local nonprofit organizations that provide service in our store locations’ communities by donating a percentage of sales and product to support our neighbors in need.
