J. Pat Parsons

J. Pat Parsons is currently the Vice Chairman at CommunityBank of Texas. J. has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to their current position, they were the Regional President at Texas Regional Bancshares, Inc. from January 2004 to December 2007. From January 2002 to December 2007, they were also the Regional President at Texas State Bank. Parsons began their career in banking as the President & COO of Community Bank & Trust SSB from January 1991 to December 2002. Under their leadership, CommunityBank of Texas has grown to be one of the largest independent banks in Texas.

J. Pat Parsons completed a BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston and an MBA in Finance from Lamar University. J. also completed a degree in Business from SMU.
