J. Antonio Reyes, MD, is a seasoned family physician with extensive experience in healthcare management and operations. Currently serving as a Family Physician at Community Care Physicians since February 2023, Reyes has held several leadership positions, including Director of Health Operations and Regional Health Director at Circulo Health from February 2022 to January 2023. Prior roles include Family Physician at Community Care Physicians, P.C. and Ellis Medicine, where Reyes also served as Chair of the Department of Family Medicine and Medical Director for Primary Care & Practice Transformation. Additionally, Reyes has contributed as a board member for Healthy Alliance and INNOVATIVE HEALTH ALLIANCE OF NEW YORK, LLC. Educated with an MBA in Healthcare Management from Clarkson University and a B.S. in Biology from De La Salle University, Reyes has a diverse academic background that supports a career dedicated to family medicine and healthcare improvement.
