Nelson Pinto

Nelson Pinto has over 15 years of experience in IT operations and analysis. Nelson currently serves as a Product Manager at CommunityConnect Labs, a social justice technology nonprofit. Nelson has also worked with First Data Corporation, where they were responsible for real-time monitoring on the company's distributed systems network. In this role, they utilized sophisticated monitoring tools to identify and mitigate system events in the production environment. Nelson also developed and maintained Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) for the company's midrange computing platforms.

Nelson Pinto has a certificate in UNIX (Linux) System Administration from the Community College of Aurora, an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems from the Community College of Denver, and an Associate of Applied Science in CIS with a Cisco CCNA Certification from the Community College of Denver.
