CommunityHealth NFP operates as Illinois' largest volunteer-based free health center, specializing in services for the uninsured. Established in January 1993, CommunityHealth has been dedicated to providing essential healthcare support while fostering volunteer opportunities. Since January 2013, CommunityHealth has been a member clinic of the Illinois Association of Free and Charitable Clinics, further enhancing its outreach and service capacities from its location in West Town at 2611 W. Chicago Ave.
