Catherine Cole

Catherine Cole is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in housing and community services. Currently serving as the Director of Housing & Communities at Community Housing, Catherine oversees customer experience, care, and housing management. Previous roles include Head of Housing & Customer Services at Bournville Village Trust, where Catherine developed a new Customer Experience Strategy, and Assistant Operations Director at Platform Housing Group, responsible for customer engagement strategies. Catherine's early career includes various positions within WM Housing Group and Worcestershire Housing Association, focusing on housing management and customer service delivery. Catherine holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Professional Housing Studies from Birmingham City University and has completed several leadership and training programs, including the WBS & WM Housing Group Leadership Programme and yoga teacher training.
